Cherish is a dedicated and clinically skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA) committed to empowering individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. With a strong foundation in child welfare, mental health, and substance use treatment, she brings a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy. Cherish is experienced in supporting clients across the lifespan and is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of purpose.

Cherish utilizes a blend of evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), guiding clients toward meaningful and lasting change. In addition to these clinical models, she integrates a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment within the therapeutic relationship.

In addition to her clinical work, Cherish oversees all operations and serves dually as the Chief Operations Officer for Sole Solutions Counseling & Consulting Services, where she ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care across the organization.

Beyond the therapy room, Cherish is a sought after keynote speaker and mental health advocate, known for her engaging and transparent approach to topics such as trauma recovery, women’s empowerment, child welfare and the intersection of mental health and purpose. Her voice brings both clinical insight and human connection to every stage and platform she steps onto.
